Dana’s path to making the O&P profession her career was a personal one. She took care of her father who became an amputee shortly after moving in with her. After he passed, she chose to make a career in this field to help both amputees and those who care for them.
“Connecting with patients and being an integral part of relieving their pain while allowing them to heal faster is what I like most about my job.”
Music is very near to Dana’s heart and she continues to play both the flute and clarinet. Besides music, Dana enjoys reading, crafting, and building things with her hands. Family is what is most important to her; she is very active with her sons’ athletic and band boosters.
